Appointment times, fees & how to book

Times: Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm ICT, the latest session start time is 5pm.
Friday & Saturday: 8am & 9:30am ICT

Fees: all sessions are charged at a rate of (GBP) £80 for a counselling/therapy session of up to 60 minutes. The exception to this is if you are booking 'hypnotherapy to become a non-smoker', this is priced at £175.

I do not offer a sliding scale/reduced session fees. Payment is made in advance via PayPal or UK bank transfer.

​If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment then please do provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. 


I use Zoom for online sessions and have found this to be a very easy & comfortable platform to work with.   

​For online sessions please do ensure that you have access to the following: a peaceful, comfortable & undisturbed environment; a good internet connection; and a microphone and webcam on your device - these are all essential for online therapy. 

Counselling/therapy requires commitment & focus, the time set aside for your session is for your own personal growth...it is not a time for multi-tasking.
